April Diaz pastored in the local church for 17 years. These days she travels globally, teaching in churches, youth ministries, and at special events. April is passionate about coaching and training leaders through The Youth Cartel, Slingshot Group, and Fuller Youth Institute. Secretly, she’s a total girly girl, reads more than she can put into practice, and is still crazy about her high school sweetheart, Brian. Together, they co-parent their three little ones. Her first book, Redefining the Role of the Youth Worker: A Manifesto for Integration is a compelling vision for the Church’s role with teenagers.
